By downloading, accessing, or using Notevana, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Use of the App

Notevana is provided for personal, non-commercial music practice and educational use unless otherwise permitted in writing.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by applicable law.

Subscription Terms

Notevana Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

• In the U.S., Notevana Pro is currently offered as a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, followed by $4.99 per month. Pricing may vary by storefront, taxes, or future price changes shown by Apple at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Feature Scope

Notevana includes fretboard practice, ear training, rhythm training, music theory exercises, a tuner, and a metronome.

Fretboard Practice is designed for standard 6-string guitar tuning (E A D G B E) and is not intended for bass.

Availability and Changes

Notevana may add, remove, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability, to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, content, branding, and software, is owned by the developer of Notevana and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Notevana is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Notevana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use Notevana. Access to the app or certain features may be limited or terminated if misuse, abuse, or legal issues require it.

Governing Platform Terms

Your use of Notevana and any subscriptions purchased through the App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms, rules, and policies.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Notevana after an update means the revised terms will apply.
